Hiring is an affordable way to try out playing the piano, but ultimately you are likely to want to purchase your own instrument. Our Hire with Option to Purchase Plan is applicable to all pianos hired from us. Should you at any time wish to take up the option to buy either the piano you are hiring from us or a different piano we will deduct the following hire fees from the original purchase price quoted at the commencement of hire. In the event of your purchasing a different piano we will NOT be able to refund the transport charges, but we will deliver the new one free of charge.

Option to Purchase taken up within 3 months' of hiring :

  • 100% of Hire Fees paid are deducted from original purchase price
  • 100% of Transport Fees paid are deducted from original purchase price

    • This effectively means you get 3 months' Interest Free Credit as the piano price is fixed and thereby inflation proof

    Option to Purchase taken up within 12 months' of hiring :

  • 50% of Hire Fees paid are deducted from original purchase price
  • 50% of Transport Fees paid are deducted from original purchase price
